Record processes at construction sites efficiently!

It is an important part of construction supervision to keep daily construction records. The objective is to keep a solid and gapless documentation of the whole construction work. Once the documentation has been finished it cannot be modified later.

PKS NETPlan is a tool that gives you exactly that. All relevant data concerning the construction site can be captured here and linked to other modules. With this, information entered in this module can be transferred to the specific modules without any extra effort. 

Example: An order put in by the client is recorded in the construction diary. In addition to that, it will be captured in the module Contracts / Claims if it is relevant for a claim. Hence, the risk related to a claim is documented and appears immediately in the list of costs and claims related to the project in question.
Serious defects will directly be transferred to the respective module Defect Management and will be immediately listed there. Thus, you do not have to enter the information twice. 

By using this module you reduce your effort considerably! Furthermore, you can analyse these data according to your needs, e.g. in the course of a claim review process.
