The PKS NETPlan module Defect Management has been designed for the documentation and tracing of defects identified in the course of a construction project. With this, the whole process – from the moment of registration of the defect till its complete removal – is recorded consistently, and it is traceable at any time. Defect notices can be generated automatically, which supports you efficiently in the defect removal process. Generate lists of defects according to various criteria and analyze them for different purposes.

With the PKS NETPlan module M you have only one defect list which is accessed by all members of the project and always up-to-date. Due to the powerful search function you can find single defects and create your own views tailored to the specific requirements: You can, for instance, filter the defects according to “storey” and/ or “trades”. Especially during the invoice verification process this function can be helpful, particularly when it comes down to retaining money because of existing defects.

You can also create defect lists when preparing a handover by defining suitable filter criteria. Print your lists in comprehensive and easy-to-interpret reports. The graphic display of defect-related information facilitates the analysis processes for you.
