Manage drawings, define approval processes

The PKS NETPlan module Drawing Management contains all the drawings of your project. Inbox and outbox lists give you information about the distribution of the drawings.

An intelligent interpretation of the file names ensures that your drawings are categorised automatically. Drawings whose file name does not correspond to the defined standard will be rejected by the system. The same applies if a drawing with the same index is uploaded again.

With the drawing lists you can individually put together the drawings you need. You define the filter, the rest is done by the system for you. The automatic index management ensures that the lists always show you the latest index. Whenever a drawing you are waiting for is uploaded you can optionally be informed by the system. You do not have to search for your drawings any more. Define workflows for the approval process. This allows you to individualise processes and to define the processes of the members of your project team. You determine whether the tasks shall be completed in a pre-defined sequence. With PKS NETPlan parallel drawing checking is possible. With the list of drawing supplies you can see the distribution of the drawings at a glance.
